What you send us
When you ask for a licence audit we collect your name, work email, company, company size, the tools you tell us about and any message you add. We use it only to prepare your savings report and to reply to you.
Why we keep it
To answer your request and to follow up on the project you contacted us about. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Project data and the servers we manage for clients are hosted on dedicated servers in the European Union, under a data processing agreement.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, for corrections, or for deletion. Email contact@clouddynamicshk.com and we will handle it within thirty days.
